If you are unsatisfied with any Ream Jewelers purchase for any reason, simply return the item within 14 days of purchase for your choice of an exchange, refund or store credit. All diamond engagement rings have 30 days to exchange or refund. Special orders and custom designs are NOT refundable.

All exchanges or returned items must be in like new, unworn condition with its original receipt and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued with 30 days of the date of return.
